4. ORDER PROCESSING AND SHIPPING

All orders are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days from the date of payment confirmation. Orders placed on non-business days will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping times vary depending on the destination. Once an order has been shipped, a tracking number will be provided via email.

5. PRODUCT AVAILABILITY AND PRICING

Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue a product without notice.

We shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, price change, suspension, or discontinuance of a product or service.

6. RETURNS, EXCHANGES, AND REFUNDS

We accept returns or exchanges within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is unused and in its original packaging. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect. Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days upon receiving the returned item.

9. BLANCA BIJOUÈ MEMBERSHIP

By subscribing to Blanca Bijouè Membership, you agree to the following terms:

  • Membership Fee: The subscription includes a 10 day free trial, after which a monthly fee of $29.99 is charged and is non-refundable. 

  • Exclusive Benefits: Members receive exclusive discounts, early access to new collections, and special promotions.

  • Cancellation: You may cancel your membership at any time through our website. The cancellation will be effective at the end of your current billing cycle, and you will continue to have access to all Blanca Bijouè Membership perks until then.

  • Changes to Membership: We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the membership program at any time without prior notice.

You can cancel membership at any time via our “Cancel My Membership” option on the website or by emailing support@blancabijoue.com at least 3 days before your next billing period.

10. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms and any separate agreements whereby we provide you services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom.
